Welcome to crm.erpnext.ai, a cloud-based CRM software service owned and operated by PS Digitise LLP (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Definitions

Platform refers to crm.erpnext.ai and all related subdomains.
Services refer to CRM software modules and features provided.
User refers to individuals or organizations using the Service.
Subscription means free and paid plans.

Eligibility

The User must be 18 years or above and authorized to provide business information. Accurate details are required at signup.

Account Registration

Users must create an account to access CRM features. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.

Service Usage

• Platform must only be used for legal business activities.
• Unauthorized duplication, resale, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
• Malicious actions like spamming, DDoS, or exploiting vulnerabilities are banned.

Subscription Plans & Payments

• Plans and pricing are listed on crm.erpnext.ai.
• Payments are securely processed through Razorpay or similar gateways.
• Taxes may apply based on law.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No refunds for partial or unused billing periods.
• Users may cancel anytime via dashboard.
• Refunds only for major technical failures proven by Company.

Data Privacy & Security

We store user data securely and do not sell shared data. Ownership of business data remains with users.

Data Storage & Backups

Regular backups are maintained, but we are not responsible for user-side errors like accidental deletion.

API & Integrations

API usage must follow plan limits. External integrations follow their own legal policies.

Support & Maintenance

Support is provided as per the selected subscription plan. Scheduled maintenance may be done with notice.

Intellectual Property Rights

The platform and branding belong to PS Digitise LLP. Users receive a license to use but not copy or resell.

Limitation of Liability

• No liability for loss of profits or revenue.
• No liability for user mistakes leading to data loss.
• Maximum liability limited to one month’s subscription fee.

Account Suspension & Termination

Accounts may be suspended for non-payment, abuse, policy violations, or unlawful activity.

Governing Law

This agreement will be governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued usage implies acceptance.
